However, even sensing hostility to advertising, it is necessary to recognize the following: what the primary incentive motives which Keith Clavitter was forced to engage by development of loudspeakers were, since 90th years of the last century the mark KRK began one of the most respected in studio world, associating with excellent sound quality, the best completing and precision assembly.

Recently presented the monitors KRK V of new series 2 are provided by exact transmission of medium-frequency range (professionals will understand that it is very valuable!) and thorough playback of high frequency.

The special attention is the active model V4II with double gain. In comparison with the previous series the design of loudspeaker V4II has undergone some changes expressed in relief underlined circles of the column case, reducing diffraction and promoting the more detailed stereo signal playback. Slit form of phase inverter is intended for considerably lowering of the distortion level on low frequencies.

Technical features of monitors are advanced also. In particular, the diaphragm of low-frequency woofer is made from Kevlar that gives faster attack and dense juicy sounding of basses. Speakers, and also components of the amplifier in circuit of which the toroidal transformers are included, minimizing noise and distortion are also modernized.

In the circuit of speaker protection some useful functions, for example, an opportunity of automatic switching-on and switching-off is included additionally.

KRK monitors

Low-frequency woofer defines the bottom threshold of frequency in 62 Hz, and high-frequency 1" twitter of flexible textile material is provided with the top margin of frequency which is equal to 20 kHz. Speakers are standard shielded. Radiated power of monitors is 45 W with separate band gain (15 W for twitter and 30 W for woofer). The maximal sound pressure is 106 dB.

The model is provided with a standard connector on the input: with symmetric combined XLR and 1/4" TRS.

What it is possible to tell about these columns as the summary? Probably, in special advertising they do not require because the manufacturer name speaks for itself. Not without reason the monitors KRK V-4 of series 2 are used in the most prestigious TV and broadcasting studios all over the world.
