In assortment of the equipment of Klark Teknik Company there are some devices which may be applied with success in structure of TV systems intended for sound quality monitoring of TV programs by their production and broadcasting.

The two-channel compressor/expander/limiter with an opportunity of separate control of levels of audio signals DN500 provides the automatic installation of attack and attenuation of the compressor, the limiting, the integration of channels, separate display of signal levels in the compressor and expander, and also the measurement of input and output levels of signals. Additional separate inputs of lateral channels for the compressor and expander are provided.

Four-channel compressor/limiter DN504 is provided with switches of modes of automatic/manual and rigid/soft compression, controls of all parameters of the compressor and output level, indicators of signal levels of and channel wise meters of input/output levels, and also the button of integration of four independent channels in two stereo channels.

The analyzer of frequency spectrum and reverberation time DN6000 is certificated according to European standards IEC804 and IEC651 as a sound level meter. The device by 2U size is provided with the modern evident high-contrast liquid crystal display. Measurements may be carried out in 1/3- or 1/6-octave mode from microphone or linear input. The measurement in double linear mode with overall or separate indication is possible. Near to the basic panel there is the digital indicator of the signal level displaying levels of the whole frequency spectrum or separately chosen frequency in dB. Display indications may be “frozen” by simple pressing of one button. The measurement range on panel may vary in the range 64…6 dB, allowing getting the resolution in the range 1…10 points on 1 dB. Time of updating of indications of the display varies in the range 20 sec…10 µsec, that is with frequency 0.5…100 Hz. The maximal input level is in the range -70…140 dB concerning the peak signal level SPL, or -30…+40 dBV. Memorization of 32 programs with overlay on the old data or their replacement is possible. The device may generate a test sine wave signal or “pink” noise, thus its switching-off by pressing of the button does not interrupt the process of the spectrum analysis. DN6000 makes dynamic measurements of reverberation time (RT60), equivalent sound pressure (LEQ) and equivalent sound exposition (LET). With the help of an internal or external test signal in RT60 mode the analysis of reverberation field of the room is carried out during 30 seconds maximum. LEQ and LET modes may include up to 180 discrete samples, everyone by duration till 1 hour. Results of the measurements may be recorded in 16 independent programs. DN6000 is provided with the built-in printer port for direct printing of data, the PC-compatible interface, symmetric microphone and two linear inputs, and also by balanced output of test signals.
