Miniature Color Microdic Video Camera with Transceiver

Microdic is one of the most miniature color cameras in the world. It is assigned for operation in frequency diapason of 1.4 GHz with high power of transmitter of less than 100 mW. It is good as for investigation purposes as for hidden video tracking. Camera is very simple in exploitation and doesn’t require operator’s interference.

Power supply of transmitter is done from the source of continuous current of 6 V voltage through miniature SMC cutoff point. Power to the receiver is given through two-contact Lemo cutoff point. Entry/outlet of video signal is done through miniature cutoff point of BNC type.

Transceiver facilities are equipped with short flexible antenna, which have to provide connection in radius of 150…300 m.

Camera’s characteristics:

• transformer’s type: CTD with shot transfer of charge;
• carrying frequency is 1394 MHz;
• outlet power is 100 mW;
• unfolding frequency: 15625 Hz horizontal, 50 Hz vertical;
• amount of shots per second is 25;
• internal synchronization;
• resolution: horizontal is minimum 330 tvl, vertical is minimum 350 tvl;
• sizes are 32×32×19 mm;
• signal/noise ratio is 46 dB (without AGC);
• diapason of working temperatures is -10…+55°C;
• minimal lightning is 10 pc (when F2.8);
• distance of action is 150…300 m.
• consumed current is 280 mA

For receiving of signal from the camera the receiver powered from the power source of 12 V voltage and consuming current of less than 400 mA is used. With that on the outlet the signal of 1 V (when loading is 75 Ohm) is provided. Sensitivity of the receiver is 95 dB. The facility is capable to work at the temperature of -10…+55°C. Overall dimensions of the receiver are 115×75×55 mm.
