At present to the list of main types of production produced by Rosco relate: light filters, stencils (hobo), scenic and ultraviolet colors, color enamels, substratum for production and protection of decorations, clothes for production of curtains and costumes, color effective pressure sensitive adhesives, screens, floor covering and much other.

Floor covering for broadcast television complexes Roscotiles

It is covering developed especially for TV and video studios. It consists of hard and solid squares of 0,914x0,914 m sizes. It is easy to stow and serves for a long time. Squares due to the space stability lay firmly without floor fastening, but if it is necessary can be fixed by two-sided tape or with the help of clue. In case of damage of separate squares they can be easily changed for the new ones. If it is necessary floor can be laid with different color squared staggered. Surface can be polished. It is convenient to lay on false floor that covers cables, what provide simple access to them.

Colors are white, black, and TV-gray. Width is 3.18 mm.

Paints and materials for cinema and television Video Paints

This variety of paints developed especially for use in dressing of NV, cinema and video decorations. The meet professional requirements of color rendition and contrast, starting from sensitivity of contemporary technical systems of TV and cinema tapes, they can be applied to any surfaces and materials, including metal, plastic, brick, etc.

TV paints:

• TV White is neutral light-gray color of maximum brightness with reflection level of 60 % ;
• TV Black is saturated dull black color of minimum brightness with reflection level of 3 % ;
• Ultimate provides optimal color rendition and rendition of colors of RGB specter when working in systems of Ultimate type.

Chromakey

Is specially developed highly effective and firm paints and bonded materials of green and blue colors for production if backdrops in cinema and TV studios.

DigiComp is new production for cinema and video filming

Three products under new trademark DigiComp are cotton fabric, paint and tape of three clean monochromatic colors: red, green and blue. They are assigned for backdrops and backgrounds for cinema and video filming. Using of cloth, paint and tape of identical colors provides an opportunity of creation of unit color background without visible differences during filming and digital processing, and also allows giving real colors of filmed objects without changes.

All that products differ in high quality: material is made of 100 % cotton, acrylic paint perfectly lays almost on any surfaces, when using tape it doesn't leave sticky prints.

Filters

For more than 50 years Rosco Company has been working on development of color filters, which include both color and wide range of special filters: diffusion, correction, light reflecting, polarization, etc.

Rosco filters are divided into next series:

• Cinegel are special filter for cinema, video and photography. They include filters of color temperature correction, different material and panels, that serve for color correction and control of light intensivity;
• CalColor are color filter for application in cinema and video production. They are developed with considering specter sensitivity of contemporary cinema film. Superhigh level of clearness and saturation of colors CalColor (calibrated color) allow control the most delicate tones and deliver them most exactly, what as a result, relieves operators and editors from laborious and long check and processing of image with purpose to receive necessary color spectrum;
• E-color are color, correction, diffuse and reflection filters based on polyester;
• Supergel are color filters on half-carbonate base, which consists of three highly thin discrete layers (one colored between two colorless), what provides their extremely high stability to high temperatures comparing to other series of color filters;
• Permacolour dichroic filters are filter made of heat-resistant glass by the highest standards of dichroic technology. They are absolutely non-subjected to high temperature impact and discoloration.

Hobo

Hobo (stencils) are widely used in theaters, cinema, on television, in clubs and discotheques for projecting of different scenographic images, creation of visual figures, achieving of artistic effect and necessary psychological atmosphere.

Metallic hobo

Are traditional and one of the most well spread hobo types, produced on base of stainless steel. such stencils are adapted to work almost with any projectors of different power. At present Rosco Company offers in its catalogue more than 900 hobo pictures.

Dichroic hobo

Are hobo made from heat-resistant glass in wide palette of colors and decorative plots. Dichroic hobo can represent logotypes or complicated graphic construction, imposed on colored or colorless background. They are used in projectors of power of up to 600 Wt, in scanners with power of up to 1200 Wt.

Photohobo

Achieved for today technological level allows reproducing in hobo type on glass base black-and-white photos with highest resolution level.

Image Glass

Are colorless hobo made from relief glass. Their projection creates white-gray texture surface. They give additional effect when using with metal and dichroic hobo.

Colorisers, Prismatics, ColorWaves

Multicolor glass hobo are used with the same projectors and lamps that dichroic, but with the help of them it is possible to create more complicated and reach in coloring effects. Besides, they can be used in different combinations in pair with standard metal hobo and/or light filters what provides almost unlimited variety, depth and volume of projected abstract images.

Full-color high resolution photohobo

This is the new technology, which allows receiving of full-color image of top quality.

Hobo, made on order

Level of highly developed hobo-technology made possible production of almost all types of samples and masks (dichroic, photographic, colored, etc) by special orders of customers. Now each designer can invent, order, in short time period receive and use in his operation not only series, but also unique and corresponding to his concrete target hobo, made according to high quality standards, which are usual to all production of Rosco Company.

Colors for painting of decorations, ultra-violet, color enamel Supersaturated

Paints Supersaturated Roscopaints represent unique type of concentrated acryl paints, which depending on application targets can be dissolved with water in 1:1...15:1 ratio. So Supersaturated provides widest choice of application ways, starting from desired effect and economy reasons. When applying on the most difficult porous or non-porous surface this paint forms saturated color field, which doesn't reflect light and which doesn't fade with time. Combinations of Supersaturated paints of twenty six colors with other dyestuffs and coverings of Rosco Company help to create additional effects. Main advantages are:

• brightness, intensivity of colors;
• absolute dullness, flash absence;
• apply well on different smooth clothes, foam plastic, plastic, wood, and metal;
• moisture resistance;

Off Broadway

Reach palette of natural expressive dull colors allow performing by Off Broadway paints scenic mounting not only in theaters, but also in cinema and TV studios, creating bright decorations from wood, metal, different plastics, etc. That paint perfectly lays on almost any surface and is compatible with all other color-carriers and coverings of Rosco Company.

Palette: 20 artistic colors and three metal colors.

Fluorescent

Fluorescent Rosco paints look amazingly spectacular under ultra-violet light. They can be used for creation of numerous special effects together with facilities of black light type, and also mixing with other Rosco colors, what allows getting "vibrating", "flowing", "resonant" colors.

Palette: nine colors.

Vivid FX

This is fluorescent paint of new generation. Thirteen deep saturated dull colors allow using this paint even without ultra-violet lightning. Even the first layer of that paint fully colors the surface. And Vivid FX capability of good applying on many smooth and solid materials makes it indispensable for decorations painting.

ColorCoat

This is firm colored acryl enamel, which looks good on many decoration surfaces, including metal, wood, concrete and brick. It creates glossy surface, which looks new for many years. It can be used both inside and outside of premise. High firmness of created color covering allows applying Color Coat for floor painting. Palette: 13 bright colors, limpid, dull limpid, aluminum.

Colorine

Paint for glass and low-voltage lamps, which is popular among cast crew of the whole world since 1920. Palette: ten bright and firm colors.

Dead colors, glaze and liquid substratum for producing and protection of decorations

Foamcoat

Liquid substratum on water base, used for performing of safety covering of foam plastics, cartons, and other materials for production of decorations. One of basic characteristics of that material is fire resistance. Foamcoat is fully compatible with Roscopaint paints, which can be mixed with it in advance or applied above it. Independent from the fact, whether this material on its own or with additions it saves all its characteristics. It provides firm, solid covering, which prevents against exfoliation and bursting of materials. Besides, finished product with that covering can be polished or cut for receiving of texture surface. Foamcoat is often used for creation of such texture surfaces as rind or stone.

FlexBond

This is elastic scenic clue for porous and non-porous materials. It is often used together with Foamcoat. When using it on its own after total drying up it forms limpid, firm,but flexible covering, which has noncohesive surface. Peculiar feature of FlexBond is what benefiting differs it from other "white" clues is that even during bending and deformation of material it doesn't chink. It is flammable, mixes with paints well.

Ultrastrong dead color Rosco Tough Prime

Dead color based on water is usually used in many decoration workshops for applying on surfaces that are difficult to paint. Tough Prime lays well on may surfaces, including pvc tubes, aluminum, foam plastic and plastics, muslin, wood. After full drying up of acryl dead color of surface forms firm, solid covering, which can be colored by any paint and is equally appropriate for outdoor and indoor using. Colors are black and white.

Liquids for fire-prevention material processing RoscoFlamex

They are assigned for different kinds of materials by spraying or maceration. They don't change color of colored surface.

Decoration clothes

Light, shining, shimmer clothes for production of curtains, backdrops, and studio interior. They look especially elegant in drapery. They have different metallized colors, which give majority of additional tones in projector light. They don't burn. Range is:

• Glame is cloth made of crossed thin metallized stripes of different colors;
• Show Cloth is cloth made of metallized stripes of different colors crossed with white and black threads;
• Shimmer Scrim is half-limpid cloth made of metallized stripes, crossed with black or white threads. Has tulle effects, from time to time becomes limpid, depending on illumination of that or this side.

Decoration tape covering

Rosco color tape coverings can decorate any interior, including studio space. Covering are non flammable. They include few series of tapes, which create different effects:

• Sparklene are plastic self-gumming tapes with sparkles;
• Metalix are plastic tapes with relief metallized surface;
• Diffractions are tapes with holographic effect on paper base;
• Multi-Lens are tapes, which create an effect of "multi-lens" surface;
• Mirrors are goldish and silvery plastic tapes with reflecting mirror surface;
• Flexmirrors are silvery mirror tapes on paper base checked and in lags of different sizes.

Shrink Mirror

Is silvery tape for production of easy mirror. It stretches on the frame and heats with industrial drier creating ideal reflecting surface, which is not worse than real usual mirror in quality. It is not flammable.

Projection screens

Big number of varieties of standard and made on order screens of various sizes and shapes for projection image frontal or "on gleam". All these screens differ in high firmness, reliability, meet most contemporary light technique requirements, heat resistant, and non-flammable. Operating side of screens has increased dullness, what allows avoid undesired effects from impact of external light. There exist next types of screens:

• for projection "on gleam" there are black, gray, limpid, double white;
• for frontal projection there are double white, frontal white.
