"Pultex" Luminariers Suspension Facilities

Before speaking about luminariers suspension facilities and light control systems of "Pultex" it is necessary to say that all these facilities are made for luminariers produced by the same company, at the first place. That is way it makes sense to tell shortly about "Pultex" luminariers.

"Pultex" Company for four years produces luminariers scattered light on fluorescent lamps with high-frequency start-regulating devices that are electron ballasts. In series are produced two-, four-, six- and eight-lamps facilities with lamps of Osram Company of Dulux-L type op 36 W power with different color temperature. There is an opportunity of regulation of light flow in 10...100% limits on the device as well as remote from remote control panel through analogous interface. Devices are equipped with shutters, frame for light filters and lyre with screws for fastening of setting end, which type is coordinated with consumer.

Except for series devices on special orders as produced. For example, for filming was made luminarier set from two ten-lamps panels with resolution of electron start-regulating devices in external blocks, length of connecting cable from the block to the panel was 4 m. These panels can be used with fastening on standard luminary tripods with the help of special bracket, which allows regulating of panel position vertically. They can be united in one lamp panel, which can be set on tripod or on luminary crane. Naturally, for such unique devices special fastening and suspension facilities are produced.

For series devices typical suspension facilities and constructions and also control panels of turning on and regulation are made.

At present "Pultex" produces railing constructions and brackets from tubes of 32...35 mm diameter. For ceiling rails fastening are assigned brackets fixed on the ceiling with barb bolts. Transversal brackets are suspended on the rails with roller carriages. For luminariers suspension on brackets three types of facilities are produced. First is pantograph with electromechanical drive. Pantographs are produced for different length, but maximum is not more than 7 m. Cargo carrying capacity of this facility can achieve 25 kg. Its peculiarity is one-row construction o stabilizing pantograph with use of tubes of square section of 15x15 mm, what allowed building cables directly in tubes. Drive of pantograph is done on the basis of worm reducer with two symmetrical rope drums. Drive from the motor on worm shaft is done through pulleys with belt transmission.

Second suspension facility is damper telescope. Length of telescope is up to 3 m. In its principle construction reminds gas automobile shock-absorber but has internal tube adjusting fixation with double pliers clip. Pliers clip reliably holds the weight of 25 kg and more, but as dumpfing with big weight become ineffective the recommended weight of the facility is not more than 12 kg (for example, eight-lamp luminarier of "Pultex").

Third facility is simplified telescope with fixation of internal tube adjusting by rod fixator. Internal tube has on the defined distance few holes through which fixation of telescope length is done.

As all "Pultex" facilities in series production are usually integrated with lyre with 18 mm cylindrical end with two gnowing-through all suspension facilities have clip for the end in tube like view with two fixating elements. First one fixes the facility against falling out but allows rotation and second additionally fixated from falling out and rotation.

For fastening on the rails or brackets pantograph and telescopes are equipped with carriages analogous to bracket carriages or by tubular clamp like hook with fixating screw.
